Basic Beginner's 5wk Yoga Course, Wednesdays, 1pm Feb. 6, 13, 20, 27 and Mar. 6
Enjoy learning a bit of history and learning basic poses from this beautiful Ancient Practice of Yoga.
These Wednesday, 1pm classes are slower paced, so that you can learn how to keep your body safe.
Each class includes Meditation and Savasana, which you will learn is simple and relaxing for both the body and mind.
At the end of 5wks, you will be more confident to begin your own yoga practice at home, or to join classes at Ready To Exhale! :)
