Yoga & Yummies
Join us for a Gentle Vinyasa Flow on the first Friday of each month at 11:00am - 12:30pm.
Yoga will be enjoyable for both beginner and intermediate. Guided meditation and svasana are included in the yoga class.
Afterwards, join us for fresh, locally ground coffee (or a tea), local fresh baked vegan banana chocolate chip bread + fruit.
