Heart + Balance Yoga is especially for: people who are 55+, are New to Yoga, who want to improve the balance and flexibility in their body, who are at a beginner or intermediate level of yoga, or who may not have the typical yoga body!
Heart + Balance Yoga offers meditation sessions, and offers 5wk Basic Beginner's Courses classes that areperfect for those new to yoga. These classes will be at a slower pace, and will focus on the fundamentals of poses, balance, and meditation.
Try Yoga at Ready To Exhale!SATURDAYS in JUNE - 9:30am, 11:00am, and 1:00pm
Cost: Donation for Homeless Shelter/summer
