Creative Relief from Stress & Anxiety (CRSTA) 1st Wednesday of the Month 2pm
This is an ongoing workshop for anyone who needs help dealing with stress and anxiety in their life.
This may be for YOU if you are:
- have stress or anxiety that is keeping you from living your life the way you'd like to live it
- want help in learning coping skills
- would like a non-judgmental environment where others understand
- love to create!
- Memberships will soon be available to save you money.
These workshops are 2 hours long and are offered on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
